Our precise CNC machining allows cutting parting lines, accurate to a thousandth of an inch, so that finishing molds requires little to no handwork.
FULL PROJECT MANAGEMENT
From the point at which we are given the project until the mold arrives at the customer's shop, the customer's project is given the utmost attention. Our unmatched communication includes DFMs (Design for Manufacturability), project schedules, and picture updates so that the customer always knows the progress of their project and can help us make any changes that will help create the perfect mold. Since we are not a large company, any customer's project will be given a great amount of attention and the project will be handled by a well organized team of engineers and tool makers. Timelines are also implemented for large projects.

All of our employees are thoroughly trained and are extraordinarily efficient at their respective jobs. Our prestigious positions are filled with employees with a great deal of experience. In fact, on average, our lead mold makers have 25 years of experience.

Our 3 trucks provide transportation of the customer's completed project to their shop directly after the project's completion. Our trucks will also provide pick-up and delivery services for engineering changes and tool repairs.
